Quick answer

Purihilo PN is WEDERM’s hybrid HA and polynucleotide booster: 40 mg high-molecular-weight HA, 40 mg low-molecular-weight HA and 25 mg sodium polynucleotide in one 2.5 mL prefilled syringe (3.2% HA, 1% PN), non-cross-linked and lidocaine-free. Indicated by the manufacturer for tissue remodelling and skin laxity on the face, neck, body and hands, it is injected at Bio Aesthetic Points over three sessions with maintenance around six months. Professional use only.

Overview

What is Purihilo PN?

Purihilo PN is WEDERM’s hybrid hyaluronic acid and polynucleotide booster. Each 2.5 mL prefilled syringe contains 40 mg high-molecular-weight HA, 40 mg low-molecular-weight HA and 25 mg sodium polynucleotide in phosphate-buffered saline — 3.2% HA and 1% PN, with no lidocaine and no BDDE cross-linker. The two HA fractions are stabilised by WEDERM’s ABEP™ acid-base equilibrium process rather than chemical cross-linking. The manufacturer’s stated indication is tissue remodelling and improvement of skin laxity on the face, neck, body and hands.

How it differs

How does Purihilo PN compare with Profhilo and a plain PN booster?

Its structure — equal high- and low-molecular-weight HA at 32 mg/mL, delivered at Bio Aesthetic Points — places it in the same category as Profhilo, but Purihilo adds 25 mg of polynucleotide for a regenerative component and comes in a larger 2.5 mL syringe. Against a pure PN product such as Rejuran Healer, it trades some PN dose for a substantial hydrating and remodelling HA load.

Purihilo PN H-HA 40 mg + L-HA 40 mg + PN 25 mg per 2.5 mL · BAP technique · laxity + regeneration
Profhilo H-HA 32 mg + L-HA 32 mg per 2 mL, no PN · BAP technique · bio-remodelling
Aeterderm Puri PDRN HA 25 mg + PDRN 5 mg + niacinamide per 2.5 mL · mesotherapy
Rejuran Healer Polynucleotide only · 2 × 2 mL · dermal repair
Uses

What do clinics use Purihilo PN for?

WEDERM describes deep hydration, support of collagen and elastin, extracellular-matrix remodelling with reduction of wrinkles and sagging, and support of dermal repair in acne-scarred skin. Delivery is by any aesthetic injection technique in the superficial subcutaneous layer, typically the BAP technique — five points per side of the face or ten on the neck at about 0.2 mL per bolus, and ten points of 0.1 mL on the hands, with a 29–32G needle. The manufacturer’s course is three sessions (week 0, week 6, then three months later) followed by maintenance around six months. Suitability and technique are decided by the treating clinician.

Commonly selected for

  • Early laxity of the lower face and neck
  • Hand and body skin quality
  • Patients wanting HA remodelling plus a PN regenerative element
  • Practices already running BAP-style protocols

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is Purihilo PN used for?

For skin laxity and tissue remodelling on the face, neck, body and hands — deep hydration with a polynucleotide regenerative component, per the manufacturer’s indication.

How much HA and PN does it contain?

80 mg of hyaluronic acid (40 mg high-MW plus 40 mg low-MW, 3.2%) and 25 mg of sodium polynucleotide (1%) in each 2.5 mL syringe, per WEDERM’s composition table.

Is Purihilo PN like Profhilo?

It uses the same high-plus-low HA concept and BAP-point delivery, but adds 25 mg of polynucleotide and comes in a 2.5 mL syringe. Both are non-cross-linked and are not volumising fillers.

What is the manufacturer’s protocol?

Three sessions — the second six weeks after the first, the third three months later — then maintenance around six months, using 5 BAP points per side of the face at about 0.2 mL each with a 29–32G needle. The treating clinician decides the plan.

Does it contain lidocaine or BDDE?

No. WEDERM’s composition lists only the two HA fractions, sodium polynucleotide and phosphate-buffered saline, and states that no BDDE or other cross-linking agent is used.
