Revitrane HA20 is the skin-booster model of BR Pharm’s Revitrane range: cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL made by monophasic low-temperature double cross-linking, at a lower viscosity than the Revitrane fillers, lidocaine-free, in three 2 mL prefilled syringes. The manufacturer positions it for fine wrinkles and overall facial moisture and elasticity; stored at 1–30 °C. Professional use only.
What is Revitrane HA20?
Revitrane HA20 is the skin-booster model of BR Pharm’s Revitrane HA range. It uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, made with BR Pharm’s monophasic, low-temperature double cross-linking process, but at a lower viscosity and elasticity than the Classic, Volume and Premium fillers — which the manufacturer describes as suited to improving fine wrinkles and the overall moisture and elasticity of the face. It is supplied as three 2 mL prefilled syringes, and the Revitrane line is stated to be lidocaine-free.
How does HA20 compare with non-crosslinked boosters and Vital?
Because it is fully cross-linked, HA20 sits closer to a light filler than to a mesotherapy HA: it persists longer than non-crosslinked products such as Hyaron and is placed as a soft, spreading gel rather than as micro-droplets. It is BR Pharm’s counterpart to stabilised boosters like Restylane Skinboosters Vital, without lidocaine and in a three-syringe pack. BR Pharm also makes the polynucleotide HP Vitaran range.
| Revitrane HA20 | Cross-linked HA 20 mg/mL · 3 × 2 mL · low viscosity · lidocaine-free |
|---|---|
| Restylane Skinboosters Vital | Stabilised HA 20 mg/mL + lidocaine · 1 mL SmartClick |
| Regenovue Aqua Shine Plus | Partially cross-linked HA 15 mg/mL · 3 × 3 mL |
| Hyaron | Non-crosslinked HA 10 mg/mL · 10 × 2.5 mL |
What do clinics use Revitrane HA20 for?
It is commonly selected for fine wrinkles and overall facial hydration and elasticity where a longer-lasting, cross-linked booster is preferred to a short-lived meso HA. BR Pharm does not publish a session protocol for HA20; injection plane, volume and spacing follow the practitioner’s judgement. Suitability is assessed by the treating clinician.
