Quick answer

HP Vitaran i is the eye-area polynucleotide booster of BR Pharm’s Vitaran range: 20 mg of polynucleotide sodium (2%) per 1 mL prefilled syringe, two per box with 34G needles, formulated at the lowest viscosity of the range for thin periorbital skin. It shares Vitaran PN’s Korean MFDS Class IV medical-device approval and CE mark, contains no lidocaine and is stored at 1–30 °C. Professional use only.

Overview

What is HP Vitaran i?

HP Vitaran i is the eye-area member of BR Pharm’s Vitaran polynucleotide range. It contains the same 20 mg/mL polynucleotide sodium (2%) as Vitaran PN and shares its MFDS Class IV approval and CE mark, but is formulated at the lowest viscosity of the range and supplied with an ultra-fine 34G/4 mm needle, so it spreads easily in the thin skin around the eyes. Two 1 mL prefilled syringes per box, no lidocaine.

How it differs

How does Vitaran i compare with other eye-area PN boosters?

Lyderma stocks several polynucleotide options for the periorbital zone. Vitaran i is the one that combines a full 2% PN concentration with device-level MFDS approval. Rejuran I is PharmaResearch’s 1 mL eye formula; AMI Eyes offers 1% PN in 2 mL; Puri Eyes is the gentlest at 2 mg/mL.

HP Vitaran PN PN 20 mg/mL · 2 × 1 mL · mid viscosity · 33G
Rejuran I Low-viscosity PN · 1 × 1 mL · eye area
AMI Eyes PN 1% · 1 × 2 mL · eye area
Uses

What do clinics use Vitaran i for?

It is commonly selected for crow’s feet, under-eye fine lines and crepey periorbital skin — the labelled indication being crow’s-feet fine wrinkles in adults — and wherever a very fine needle and low-viscosity PN are preferred on thin skin. BR Pharm does not publish a session protocol; the treating clinician decides number and spacing of sessions and assesses suitability.

Commonly selected for

  • Under-eye and crow’s-feet fine lines
  • Thin, delicate facial skin
  • Practices that require MFDS device approval and CE marking
  • Pairing with Vitaran PN for full-face plus eye courses

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is Vitaran i used for?

For crow’s feet, under-eye fine lines and crepey periorbital skin — its MFDS-labelled indication is crow’s-feet fine wrinkles in adults.

Is the PN concentration lower than Vitaran PN?

No. Both contain 20 mg/mL (2%) polynucleotide sodium. Vitaran i differs by its lower viscosity and finer 34G needle.

Is Vitaran i approved?

Yes — Korea MFDS-approved Class IV medical device (approval 제허 23-784호) and CE-marked, per the manufacturer. No U.S. FDA approval.

How does it compare with Rejuran I?

Both are low-viscosity PN products for the eye area. Vitaran i supplies 2% PN in two 1 mL syringes with device-level MFDS approval; Rejuran I is PharmaResearch’s single 1 mL eye syringe.

How should it be stored?

At 1–30 °C protected from light; three-year shelf life. Two 1 mL syringes per box.
